Welcome to T3 The Movement

T3 started when King Teddy brought together Superstar Carmine, Superproducer/rapper Jae Griff, and the King of Rap, Ghetti. If you dont know by now T3 stands for To The Top and that's where we headed. Right now on the lineup we got Carmine, Jae Griff, Get City, Linz-Prag, and Ny$E doin big things right now. T3 is not just about music. Its a whole movement. Were showing the world something new and giving them a taste of how were living and where we come from. Whether it be music or film, rapping or acting, T3 represents diversity and the ability to accomplish the impossible. A Year In Review

Of course 2008 was a critical year for music. From the Britney charades to the FOX station protests. From the Obama-inspired renaissance in black America, including music, to the federal indictments of some of today's biggest stars. It's safe to say we've seen the best, and the WORST music has to offer in 2008. So without further or due, I, Carmine the Composer bring to you the T3 Awards of Achievement for '08.

The Award for the Single Hardest Working Man in Music goes to...
None other than Weezy F Baby, Lil Wayne. When word got to me that this man officially has more songs on record than 2pac....I almost fainted. No joke. Now whether the herbal essences I was enjoying had anything to do with that doesnt matter. NOBODY has the quantity nor quality that Weezy has been putting out thus far and he has the Platinum records to prove it, records which he earned in 1 WEEK. Dogs lie, people lie, but good sir Numbers do not.

Breakthrough Artist of the Year

Gucci Mane La Flare! Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Unh. If you havent heard one of Gucci's "Wilt Chamberlain" or "So Icy Boy" mixtapes you must live under a rock. Gucci has more mixtapes than I can even count. Personal favorite "DJ Drama & Gucci Mane Presents: The Movie". If the freestyle videos dont win you over, your not human.

Best R&B Album
Whenever you need to get your grow-man riding around or chillin with a woman, get T-Pain's "Three Ringz". Hate on the autotune all you want but every song on this cd is a hit. Close contender Ne-Yo "Year of the Gentleman".

Best Non-Rap Cd of 2008
N.E.R.D's "Seeing Sounds" is the type of album that makes you sit back and think.....Damn Virginia must be a sick ass place to produce guys like this. Diversity is an understatement. By now everyone in the world knows the futuristic sounds of Pharrell and co. fall short to none. And guess what..their live show is even better!

Rap Cd of the YearLeading a protest against the corrupt propaganding FOX news was probably the most under-appreciated event in hip-hop in a long time. Nas' Untitled delivered, but also is a rude awakening. Like clockwork Nas drops classic album that actually challenge your brain and make you think. Untitled to me is Nas' best cd to date.

DMV STAND UP !!!Tabi Bonney is that guy you havent heard. Excuse me, that "Fly Guy" you havent heard. Or maybe you have. 2008 Introduced me to Tabi Bonney courtesy MTV2. When I saw his "Cool and Fly" video I couldnt help but want to hear more. On top of that he runs his own clothing line at www.bonneyrunway.com For more on Tabi Bonney check out his myspace.com/tabibonney Download: "Beat Rock ft. Dj Flexx"
